Airplane Hangar Model

This is an airlines hangar model in Narita airport, Japan. In "Logis-Tech Tokyo 2008," held on 9th September 2008, the client displayed the model.

The scale of the model is 1: 400, and its dimension is 800 mm × 800 mm. Its exterior wall is transparent to show interior structure, by client's request.

Polycarbonate-resin-made exterior wall is represented carefully by manipulating clear colored spray skillfully to bring gentle effect of light reflect behind the wall itself.

The large and wide ceiling is supported by complicatedly assembled truss connection. The installed airplane inside hangar shows the model as a lifelike work of art.

Building at Harajuku Station front

This is a project of a commercial building to be built in front of Harajuku Station, Tokyo. You can see interiors represented behind window glasses of the building.

Louver boards of the building sides are graphic-designed for advertisement.

The fashion industry client requests BENA to represent a florid-looking outlook. So, we install LED with color effect on each floor.

The top floor is used for an advertisement attached to the windows. Also each floor has interiors, furniture and dolls providing realistic effect to the model.

Naka-Meguro Tower Mansion

The photo shows a model of Tower Mansion at Naka-Meguro. The model heights 2.7 meters as high as the ceiling of the exhibition room. The tower model is installed tube lights and it illuminates itself.

When the model is shot into limelight, it reflects windows. Then, this model has the tube lights inside which are covered by orange color film, so that it brings out cozy effect.

This view is from the above building that shows a helicopter port and seismic isolator. After a few days from its exhibition's opening, a mirror was set on the ceiling, by a request from visitors, to be able to see the model's ceiling.

The harmony of cherry trees of riverside and roof-top gardening of the building is beautifully represented. BENA is pleased to have been able to deliver the model at the cherry blossom season in April, when exactly the model is represented its design.

Kanucha Rebrio Resort Community in Nago City, Okinawa

BENA supplied a complete model of a resort community project in Nago City, Okinawa. The Kanucha Rebrio is under construction of 1st phase, which has a facility of residence amenity life-care services. The model is fabricated with unique design of Okinawa tradition. Every viewers feel the ambience of the resort community, actually.

The project design is reflected by Okinawa traditional style. The characteristic is its method of putting roof top tiles. It furnishes red color roof paralleled flat and circle shape of tiles pieces. BENA challenged sampling at many times.

The model furnishes tropical plants like Banyan trees, hibiscus flowers, palm trees, winter cherry, etc. The look is a sort of southern resort where everyone spends a relaxed holiday. Tiny lights illuminate each window reflects upon complex landscape.

This model provided BENA an opportunity of learning on a unique style of southern region's tradition, tropical botany and design, and art.　"Soki Soba," or sparerib soup, one of the popular Okinawa cuisines, was treated to BENA staff when they visited for field site survey, by which they could have an precious experience.

Park City Kashiwa-no-ha Exterior Model

BENA supplied a model of "Park City Kashiwa-no-ha I Town", located beside Tsukuba Express Line. This model is more than 2 meter height, by which viewers easily grasp its grand design and size actually.

The challenge was how to represent a nuance of 30 various colors of exterior tiles. Color sampling was repeatedly tried and checked so that the model finish was really impressive.

Floor tiles pattern and coloring was also carefully represented so that the model finish was synchronized with the building exterior wall details interestingly.

The project developer and its real-estate agent are very happy with its model. BENA staff visits to see the model and find themselves satisfied to encounter a situation in which visitors of customer with children show their curiosity and joy to the model.
