3-D laser cutting modeling
Architecture modeling requires precise works. Modeling complicated curves and trusses are considered as the most difficult and time-consuming work, since it has been done by hands.
BENA installed a laser-cutting machine to improve its productivity that is able to economize time for manufacture and actualize real-like shape of curves as well, and rather to supply truss in one form without any separated parts.
NC Radial saw
BENA had installed the NC radial saw the earliest in Japan and achieved to reduce production time of modeling drastically. Before the machine developed, craftsmen had to spend lots of time to make lines on tiles.
RTP process system
It enables to process data of CG directly without operating specific technology of 3-D designing like CAD/CAM system.
Laser-cutting
Laser-cutting was only used for cutting out parts of auto-mobile when BENA installed at that time. BENA staff visited the auto-mobile factory many times and started with auto-mobile manufacturers to a project of collaborative development for laser cutting machine suitable for architectural modeling. BENA is always the top runner in this industry in Japan based on such vital entrepreneurship.
